Privacy Policy
Effective date: [PLACEHOLDER: effective date]
This policy explains what information [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] (“Glonari,” “we,” “us”) collects on the Glonari websites, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us at success@glonari.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. If a waitlist form is active on one of our sites, it asks for your name, your email address, and an “I am interested in” choice — nothing more.
What we don’t collect. Our websites currently run no analytics and set no advertising or tracking cookies. The campus homepage remembers, in your own browser for the length of your visit, that you have already seen the arrival film — that setting never leaves your device and contains nothing about you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) produces routine technical server logs to keep the sites running and secure.
How we use information
We use what you send us to reply to you, to add you to a waitlist you asked to join, and to tell you about Glonari products you asked to hear about. That is all.
We never sell your data
Glonari never sells member data. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with advertisers. This is one of our founding commitments.
Gia, memory, and deletion (planned features)
The Gia experiences described on our sites are in development and not yet live. When they launch, they are designed so that what Gia remembers about you belongs to you: memory is permission-based, you will be able to view and edit it, and you will be able to delete it. Personal data and profiles are designed to stay inside Glonari; only information you authorize for a specific interaction is shared. These are design commitments for products that are not yet available.
Third-party services
Our sites are hosted on Cloudflare. Demo videos on some pages are played through Loom, which receives routine technical information from your browser when you play one. Email you send us is handled by our email provider [PLACEHOLDER: email provider]. We use no analytics or advertising services.
Data retention
We keep emails and waitlist entries for as long as we need them to do what you asked, and delete them when you ask us to. [PLACEHOLDER: specific retention period, if the attorney recommends one]
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email success@glonari.com and a real person will handle it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
Children
Our websites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. For significant changes, we will say so plainly on our sites — and if you are on a waitlist, we will email you.
